Brake Pads???

Short story:
Anyone know of a good low dust brake pad that works on all 4 wheels of a 2005 C240 4Matic?

Long Story:
Maybe someone can help me out here. I've been searching all over for hours and I can't get any straight answers.

I need brake pads for all 4 wheels. Vehicle in question is a 2005 C240 4Matic. I don't want the unbelievably dusty MB pads - so much dust that its starting to eat up my OEM rims. I can't find a good brake pad that's made for both the front AND REAR wheels for this car, it's unbelievably frustrating.

The only one I've found so far is EBC and I hear they are horrible when cold, I hear they make noise, etc.

ceramics have no brake dust but they do make noise when its really cold. The noise does go away once the brakes are heated up.

All I'm really looking for is a set of brake pads that are atleast as good as stock in all aspects EXCEPT dust which needs to be way less. (With the stockers I wash my car, drive 5 miles, and then wonder why I bothered with the wheels. The worst part is that the brake dust is now embedding itself in the paint on my wheels.) I can barely find any brake pads at all that will all 4 wheels though. Hawk HPS look decent, but apparently only fit the front! Every time I find something good it's either only front or only rear. I refuse to mix different pads...

Do a search on it because I bought the recommended pads somewhere on this forum and it is ceramic and I have almost no dust and no noise. You just have to follow the instructions. Don't remember the name of them.

You have the sport, different brake pads from 4matic unfortunately. Yours are easier to find.

i got 4matic...

i use hawk ceramic pads in the front, EBC dimpled rotors all around and monroe ceramics in the rear. this is a good setup but the thing the oem sensor doesn't fit in my hawk pads so i get a brake wear warning on the dash

i use to have EBC red stuff pads they stopped well, started making noise and didn't last that long maybe b/c i drove them hard?

both setup had very little dust

I use Porterfield. I doubt you'll find a pad that performs in all aspects like the stock ones. The Porterfields technically will outperform the standard pads but I never push my brakes anywhere near the limit. Much, much less dust. Ever so slightly more foot pressure required. Not as smooth coming to a complete stop but hard to notice the difference. Expensive (comparatively). Wear much better (85K miles for me, and still had more to go) and seem to be rotor friendly. Break them in properly and they won't wobble the steering or make noise.

I used to have Mintex pads in the front, and Axxis deluxe in the back. They were low dust and fairly quiet. Not sure if the fronts came with the hole for the wear sensor or the shop drilled one out.

Major thank you to everyone for your suggestions.

After reading way too many reviews on tons of forums, I decided to go with the Posi Quiet semi metallic pads. They sound like the best cross between low dust and good bite. It seems that if you get ceramic pads you get virtually zero dust, but less bite and much less when cold. If you go with stock pads you're going to get the best bite, but a ton of dust. The Posi Quiet semi metallics make very little dust according to the reviews but should have good bite. Then again I've been reading that ceramic vs metallic vs organic isn't whats important, its the specific formulation being used.
