i'd go with the brabus lip if you want the "modified" look.
with just the amg bumper, only MB fans can tell you have done anything to the front end(at least in my case).

I DIY'd it last year
I just took a front lip for a yaris.
1. Cut it in half right at the middle, because the lip was too long
2. Heat it up to change its shape to fit my bumper
3. Bond the two pieces back together after cutting the excess that i didn't need(i used the 3M EZ sand plastic repair, with the 3M reinforcement patch on the back)
4. Just sanded the surface smooth after bonding the 2 together
Spent a weekend to do it, and I am happy with the result.
But I still would have bought an aftermarket one if anybody made a lip for coupe's amg bumper.
