Fuel filler flap locked shut

Fuel filler flap locked shut
I have a 2004 MB C200 (diesel). The fuel filler flap is linked to the central locking system. The fuel filler flap is locked shut and I am unable to refuel the car. Is there a leaver somewhere in the car to open the fuel filler flap?

Are you sure it's locked? Try to unlock the car with the remote. Also, check your manual, I am sure there is a manual way to open it, probably from insid ethe trunk. Take a look there.

There is an emergency release pull in the trunk behind the lining. Be gentle!!! it is not very strong. It should be shown in your owners manual.
