Please help...I want to cry...

Haha, this same exact thing happened to me. The steering wheel starts to feel more movable when you pick up speed right? You messed up your power steering. I had to get a complete new set up or some sh*t. It was really hard explaining to the dealer how i messed it up. I told him that i turned the wheel too much then it started to feel weird. Good luck with your car, hopefully you learned your lesson. Next time take the ESP off or put it in Dyno mode and dont steer your wheels all the way to one side.
I thought I had it off, because I did a little fishtail before going into the parking lot but I guess I turned it back on and still thought it was off.

I bet u messed up ur power steering pump. Mine failed at 53k and it started as a very stiff steering wheel at iddle and normal steering when rpm was higher.
Than one day it completly failed and steering was stiff all the time.
A refurbished one is about 170 at the steelers. A new one about 270. I would call and find out. When that happened to my coupe I took the car to the deeler and they made me think it was a bad power steering rack. Thei wanted like 2500 for the job. I bought a refurb rack, put it on, and steering was still stiff like before. Boght a PS pump and replaced it and it worked fine ever since.
The cheepest route is to hope for the PS pump. A PS Rack is expensive. I payed 650 for a refurb.
Hope this helps.

It's a relatively heavy car for it's size - No drifting - No donuts - it screws up any car - not sensible. If you want to behave like a hooligan buy a turbo Civic. NOT a Benz.

Is it safe to drive just to lets say the grocery store and back? or should i not bother and just take it to the dealer. I dont want to mess anything up more than it already is, thats why im asking.

It's unlikely that you will damage it any further. You really should fix it soonest. From a safety perspective - are you sure you can control the car properly with no PS?

yeah it starts to feel more movable after picking up some speed. lol I've been thinking about what to tell the dealer too.
I thought I had it off, because I did a little fishtail before going into the parking lot but I guess I turned it back on and still thought it was off.

but now I am scared to do donuts now after reading about this...
I never really try to.....I'll just peel out sometimes, or pull a little drift exiting a turn
this is kinda ot sorry but......has anybody been able to pull donuts in a c230?....i dun think it has enough power (maybe you need the ESP in race/dyno mode)

Head over to GermanSweedish Auto Service. 7890 BACKLICK RD SPRINGFIELD VA 22150.
Next time get your donuts at Oriole and Blacklick. Donuts of Springfield has the best in town. Take a box to the shop.

Just before I put a new set of tires on, I put my '03 ss in dyno mode to have some fun - donuts, power braking in front of a friends house, etc. - no ill effects. I've put it in dyno mode many times for various reasons, but that was the only time I did stuff like that, just for the one evening before I got the new treads.
I have taken ESP off a few times when people wanted to have fun at a stop sign, etc., or if I want to do a little drifting around the corners - nothing overly radical mind you - and all is good. Hope my luck hold up ...

UPDATE:
Okay, so I took the car to the dealer last week on Wednesday. No word from them until Tuesday of this week. What they told me was that "a metal piece inside of the PS pump disintegrated, metal went through the hoses and all through the engine." Long story short...they estimated the damage to be close to $5000! There is no way I could afford that, so i picked the car up on Wed. and took it to this place in Herndon. My mom and I talked to the guy that owns the shop, and he called yesterday saying he was going to replace the pump and do some other things that needed to be done, I dont know how much it'll be yet though. So, I'm going to pick the car up in about an hour. Just wanted to let everyone know what's up. Be back after I pick the car up.

I'm sure it's possible. Do you guys have Automatics? Maybe when I need some new tires I could try it.

So, the PS fluid flows thru the ENGINE? No, I don't think so.
It flows through the steering rack, hoses and pump, period!
I call BS

Even to replace the entire power steering mechanism....pump, rack, hoses shouldn't be $5K. And I don't think your donut indiscretion had anything to do with the pump going out, it just picked then to pack up.
