Quick update:
Stayed up all night waiting to call the PD, when lo and behold, I get a call at 6:47 in the morning. The Property Clerk was suprised I was awake and outside, and he scheduled an appointment for me to identify my wheels again. Well, smoked a few cigarettes and pretty soon it was 7:31, and I got in, identified the wheels, and got them back. Now they're sitting in my car (LOL, I know, I know), waiting for Albert at TWS to open so I can get them straight mounted on on my way back to school. Although there are some damages to the face of one of my wheels, I'm happy!
LOL, at this point either of them can take the cake!
Lol, I realized I have class late on Mondays.. Like 4pm late. I'm good for now, just don't hope I fall asleep once I get back to Riverside, hahaha.
I know right! Why did I even ask ? haah
The idiot is outta jail for now. Phil, since I know you're in the Legal/Justice departments, can you tell me what restitutions are? I received a letter last week about going to court and presenting receipts/bills for restitution. From my understanding, restitutions are only for extra charges right? Because honestly, I'm fine now and I don't want to go through the hassle of going to court and stuff. LMK.

But, that's assuming he has the money. If the guy is indigent and doesn't have a dime to his name, good luck collecting.
If you're fine and don't want to go through the hassle, then I would say just forgo it. But, think about it some more. Also, think about pressing criminal charges on this guy. You could have a civil complaint, but it's not worth the hassle since you got your wheels back.
Good to hear the news and I can't wait to see the full set of wheels on your car.

Yo mugen - I've been following your C for a while and I like it man. Clean, mad props. I especially like the yellow fogs and inners. I'm running yellow highbeams in my innerrs and looking for a decent yellow 194 wedgebulb to run in there...PIAAs are wack IMO, for a yellow bulb they look amber. But yeah man - sick ride F--K the haters.

WTF LOL! I thought I opened a wrong thread!
Guys, no pics of the wheels yet, will have them mounted on Fri because I don't have the hubrings [ordered at TWS].
Will also have the C32 front calipers mounted with new rotors. Stay tuned!
Nelson: I've been looking for yellow 194's too. Surprisingly, I haven't seen any at ALL! They are all amber! Right now i'm trying to look for yellow LED's but damn nothing's coming up, not even yellow incandescents!

Did that *** damage your wheels? Did he try to remove the sticker? Did he pick up after he ignored your calls? I wish we could have got him the first time but atleast you got him.
I think he is F-ed right? As far as I know if you have a criminal record especially if the rims are expensive he might have it on his record right?
I know if you are caught with Marijuana and found guilty you might not be eligible for Financial Aid so i'm guessing this guy is done huh?
