too bad i have an auto and C7 already! and is that trim brushed aluminum? is there a pattern? if so, can you take a macro pic of it?

Vince, thanks so much for posting the photos. I'm calling Renntech tomorrow - I want that shifter and boot! They look perfect. Interior door handles in brushed aluminum look really nice as well. Too bad they didn't do the seating in custom leather - it would be interesting to see what could be done.
BTW: how do you like ofoto? I'm looking at alternatives, since photopoint seems to be dead in the water.

3 series bmw.... dime a dozen, i can spit and hit one in my neighborhood

I agree they C230 is a rarely seen sight on the road.
BUT - there's about 5 or 6 of them on the lot at my local MB dealer...MB of Houston (north). These have been on the lot for a couple of weeks.
so they are available.

330s are rarer than 325s. but i can't tell the difference unless i look at the number on the back. that's bad, imo. that's sort of why i didn't want to get another bmw - sedan or coupe; not enough differentiation. now an M3, i know.

true - the only reason I didn't get the 330i versus the C320 is:
my buddy has a '01 330i silver with sport pkg/xenon's (NICE)
my cousin has a '00 323i
my wife's friend has a '00 328i.
I wanted something different !!!!!
so I guess I know how you guys feel
I just wish MB would have come up with a better sport package for the sedan....at least put 17" wheels in the pkg (I put the C32 AMG wheels on my car).
