2005 C230 Kompressor won"t start
The car showed that the altenator was not charging when I was driving, lights flickering and wipers shutting off, took the car home, shut it off, checked to see if it was charging with right voltage and was. It was no longer displaying the charging system malfunction on the info screen. I parked the car and have been away for almost two weeks, went to start it and the battery was totally dead, I charged the battery, and tried to start the car but it won't start only cranks over, any ideas? I'm stumped but don't wanna take it to the stealer!!!

I think the charging system is still suspect. Go and buy one of these for $39 at Harbor Freight and see what codes it has thrown - better than guessing - could be a CPS or something. The OBDII plug is under the steering column behind a little flap.

i have one and it is not showing any codes, I was reading some posts about if you try to disconnect the battery you will blow the fuse box in the trunk, but I did not take my battery out it was dead so I charged it, do you think that I could have blown that fuse box?

The Rear SAM was very sensitive on older models but yours is 2005 so less likely. No codes ????? The plot thickens.
Next step - see if it's getting fuel & has spark. Pull a plug & check for spark. Pull off the aircleaner & pipe & spray some fresh fuel down the MAF. See if it trys to fire up when you crank after this.
Before trying to check fuel line pressure - let the car stand for a few hours. Then put your ear against the passenger side lower rear seat. Get someone to turn on the ignition. You should hear the fuel pump start - get the system up to pressure & stop again - ready for cranking. Check these things first & let us know.

Some, maybe - That question is not easily answered. It depends what blows in the interface.
