aftermarket navigation system
Dear all,

Does anyone have recommend on aftermarket navigation for 2004 C230SS? My friend is looking for one but does not know what is good. Please help. Thanks a lot

does anyone have good recommend shop in LA? if we try to install Pioneer, does all functions on steeling wheel working? Thanks

+1 on the Pioneer, although Alpine has a great system as well.

Kenwood 8120(2008 model with 6.95" screen), or the newly released Kenwood 6140 with 6.1" screen. Kenwood is releasing the 2009 model of the 8120 in a couple months(so ive heard.) Kenwood uses built in garmin navigation systems... both these models have navi, bt, play video etc...

you can keep your steering controls with steering modules. Pioneer makes its own. You can find all this info in the aftermarket head unit thread...

thanks everyone....i have been searching and searching....pioneer seems good.....
we r trying to find local audio shop tomorrow and see if they can install it...bcuz my bro's car has boss premium sound system...

Do you mean, they can make it work by using the factory amp or they just hook it up using the power from the head unit directly to the speakers?
