I am going to drop my car also, I'm thinking in springs, eibach or H&R. While the threat is open has someone used eibach or H&R? what are your impressions? how much do they drop the vehicle? Do the improve handling?

Check on the suspension thread... quoted from somewhere "h&r give you lower drop but take away the oem ride quality"

lol, did you just copy and paste that?

As he said, there is a very extensive suspension mod thread with plenty of pictures and testimonials. The Eibach sportline kits use progressive rate springs, so it will be closer to OEM ride quality (smaller bumps will be less noticable)

If budget isn't a major issue, i would go with coilovers. I cant really tell you what the best ones are, but i haven't had any issues with the Tein basics...

My friend has H&R's on his w209 and it runs good until you hit a big bump. Dont know too much about Eibachs... hope that helps a little...

H&R COs are better IMO than my Tein Basics. I sat on my bud's C320 SLAMMED to the ground with H&R and it felt NICE in terms of ride quality.

If money an issue like Rollin said, then Tein Basics is the cheapest and I've been happy with it.

MikeXXX here on this forum went with 19X10 / 10.5 on the rears . I'm assuming custom works must have been done on the fenders OR a really2 good offset he has..

I have the Tein basic's on my car and they're great. They go LOW, and ride quality is not bad at all.
