will these fit..
Front: 19 x 8.5 ET30
Rear: 19 x 9.5 ET35

on my 2004.5 c230k sport....ive seen everyone run a 34 on the rear....and do i need spacers for the front and rear? or only front with this off set...i was planning on the d2 coil overs for a nice drop

Sarcazm, those are pretty good offsets. You should be OK. Of course there are no gaurantees but you should clear brakes, coilover perchs with those widths/ETs.

I am on H&R coilovers running 18X8 in front 32 ET and 18x9.5 35 ET in back and have no rubbing/fitment issues.

Tires will be part of the equation as well. 225/235 up front and 255/265 rear are usually as wide as you can go w/o rubbing issues. Good luck on it.
