yes if you can take the bumper off then you can swich the headlights extreamly fast. and yes you need to take it to the dealer to get them to swich out a setting in the computer. and yes their are instructions on here in a thread i started on what to tell the dealer to do. a trick i read on here a while back is to turn the headlights on before inserting the key then wait like a whole minute then start the car and you wont have any problems with them cutting off. and i recommend waiting the a whole minute because i tied like 30 secons and sometime a headlight dosent come on or something

like you, i had no idea wut the first step would be when upgrading the headlights on these high tech sensitive vehicles.. i started this thread when i bought my oem mercedes benz xenons and with the help of my fellow mbworld bro's, they guided me thru this process.. hope this will help..
