Squeaks
Just prior to taking in my '02 C230K for it's B Service I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the drivers seat (electronic seats). I mentioned it and they claimed to have taken care of it, but it's certainly still there. Now my sunroof has started to get a bad case of the squeaks too. In my opinion, a Mercedez should not have problems with squeaky seats and sunroofs. Has anyone else experienced similar squeaks?

That is what I do not get. Why do people assume because it is made my MB that it is for some reason immune from the same problems that happen to every other car. It is still a piece of steel, sheet metal, plastic and aluminum. With a ton of electronics to fail or glitch. If anything it should be prone to more problems because of all the extra stuff in it, not less because of the name. Remember anywhere else in the world MB is a normal car, do people think they are made diferently for export to the US or any other country where they are considered high end. I mean these are taxis in other countries.....
