So, I drive back to VA from Michigan on Friday, then I get up Saturday morning to get to a wedding in NJ. I break down 3/4 of the way there. The engine quits and I lose all my power steering, brakes, etc.
I'm stuck for an hour or so, but I get the car to start up again after it cools down and manage to limp to Jersey.
The car breaks down just the same in the 5 minutes between the hotel and the wedding site. ![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
I called Anthony at TVT at about 4pm on that Saturday. Without hesitation he agrees to take the car on Sunday. Thankfully, AAA can tow it to TVT from there. Anthony had the problem diagnosed (Cam Position Sensor, per CEL code) instantly and calls me Monday morning to tell me that the car is fixed. He drives it around for a few days to make sure everything is working properly as I book a flight to come pick up the car.![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
So how do I get to TVT from the airport? Anthony picks me up himself. It doesn't get any better than that. I've seen recent posts on here about dealers cheaping out on loaners and screwing people on the repairs, but Anthony went above and beyond when he knew he had me by the short hairs and could charge me just about anything given my situation. I was so happy with his service I got the ECU tune and the modified thermostat to throw him some more business.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

So my highest regards go to Anthony at TVT Design. If you need anything for your Benz, I highly recommend you check with him. He really knows what he is doing and he's a very honorable man. BTW, the chip tune is awesome, too.![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

Right on ! There are still good people out there and it is good to hear about. Most people write to ***** but don't take the time to write of a positive. TVT sounds like a winner !

Tvt DESIGN......
anthony is the man he is very customer oriented. He toke my benz last fall and fixed my engine noise which turned out to be a broken oil filter housing . He also did some engine upgrades tunned chip, injectors ,wires ,plugs and custom intake and full exhaust. My car was great after that. I then invited anthony to the new england international auto show as a vendor. He set up a booth and promoted his buisness. This year i am running the show again and this year we are doing a show like hot import nights...stay tunned and anthony is invited again so that my 2cents on tvt keep up the good work anthony.

Thanks everyone for the nice words. I try to do everything I can to keep the customer service side of things up as much as possible. It's important for all businesses but most important for us smaller guys.
