Eurocharged Long Tube header & LET Tuning – M271 C230K!!

I’m proud to announce that we now have a Long Tube header and LET Tuning package for the M271 C230 Kompressor! We developed these parts in house with the help of a donor 2005 C230 Komprsessor. We spent a few hours on the dyno and are pleased with the results.

As of now, the car has gained 11Whp and 15Wtrq on a mustang dyno! The awesome thing is that this car had a good flash installed when we got it, so these are not gains over stock! Again, these gains were on top of another vendor’s software. Not bad for a 1.8L Kompressor.

The Header is made from 304 16G Stainless steel and will not warp, crack, or break. Even the flanges are SS. Do not compare these to ebay headers!

We include an O2 spacer, so there is no CEL. The rear cat stays, but this setup is for off-road use only.

Not bashing just stating what the pics showed. If the pics are from a hurry up prototype piece noting wrong with that.

Measurements for?

Primary pipe diameters
collector outlet
Primary pipe lengths

edit: any Check engine lights with the cat delete ? or is that part of your tune package ?

Now that's the way headers should be made. Single tubes with collectors makes for a much better design and easier install. Props to Eurocharged.

If you are looking to increase horsepower and torque for your C230 Kompressor .Then buy the LET Stage 1 Tuning. You won't be sorry. How do I know, because that's my car in the picture. The performance, sound and craftsmanship of this system is awesome, I've been driving the car for 2 1/2 months without a single problem. If your in the Chicago land area check out LET Motorsports and you might get a ride in one of the fastest C32 AMG.

i'm guessing that the car before the headers gained about 12Whp from the tune itself (comparing to SpeedInnovations tuning)... so another 11 on top of that is pretty good.

my only hesitation is that kleemann's headers gives 20Whp/20Wrq with their headers/cat setup alone--according to dyno's posted. (no tune).

am i missing something?

Do you know the website claiming that Kleemann headers produce 20Whp/20Wrq on a 1.8 Kompressor. I'm curious and also your dyno graph did not post correctly. If you have question I'm sure Jerry at LET Motorsports can help you.

The pics seems to show 4 pipes...so then what, you run quad exhaust?
I'd have to agree, if Kleeman keeps selling theirs for what 600-700 whatever it was,
including the cat, whats the advantage of this?

Here is how the exhaust system is configured:

4 individual exhaust pipes combine and bolt directly to the stock down pipe. Which bolt to the rest of the stock exhaust using a single muffler. Remember the price is for the headers and the tuning of the ECU.

4 pipes go into a collector like any other exhaust system. It then bolts to your regular exhaust.

so, the kleeman comes with a tune?
