well I finally got my vehicle back! 3 weeks! But it is looking brand new 
With a little pressure from my local dealership and Mercedes head office South Africa and 3 respray attempts they finally got it right.

Also, I hope they didn't simply put good paint over bad. That could cause excessive millage (thickness) and future problems.
