I've ordered 3 sets of bulbs from Powerbulbs.com in early January.
Received a box from them within 10 days, but it was missing 1 set of H7 Philips bulbs. I've emailed them and got a response that the missing bulbs will be shipped but no shipments are arriving and they don't respond to my emails anymore.

So be cautious with these guys.

 

I ordered some H4's, W5W's and 9006's from them and I was very pleased with the company. If they have a phone number I would call them.

 

I also got excellent service from them. Did your packing slip show that you were a set short?

 

Try www.autolamps-online.com, they were pretty good to me and free shipping.

 

I had excellent service from them as well (plus free 5W5 bulbs for the city lights).

Actually I'd like to take back what I said about powerbulbs.com.
I've received the missing items in mail yesterday.

It was not them who screwed up, but the glorious Canada Post. I have my mail forwarded from my "burned-down" address and quite often my mail gets lost or delayed for weeks/months.
