Avoid Smythe European (Trademotion Parts)
I have ordered parts through Smythe trademotion site before with no problems and now they want me to sent a copy of my driver's license and copy of my credit card before they can process my order.
I emailed thier customer service and told them that I was a repeat customer and that I did not wish to send my personal information via fax or mail to them. Long story short, I told them to cancel my order and that they would no longer have my business.
I then ordered my parts through a different trademotion site at a savings o over $40. (Mercedes of Annapolis).
You would think that in these lean days that a business would want to keep its repeat customers happy.
Well, that is my rant of the week.
