hey guys lets organize a w203 meet this summer. probably by the beach. im thinking redondo??? although theres a parking fee it should be great! i could try to reserve one of the seafood restaurants there. captain kidd's maybe??? let me know what you guys think. ill organize it if we get enough people. Venue can change if you want it to be closer to everyone. will try to organize also wherever you want. maybe end of july or early august. OR we can make it a general MB meet.

Really nice consideration.
But it's only an extra 40 miles to Redondo compared to Malibu.
So I say keep it at Redondo, so it doesn't make it harder for everyone else close by.
I might come down depending on which weekend it's on.

i spoke to another person from benzworld who is organizing a meet similar to ours. we were thinking of merging them together. so this might turn out to be a general MB meet. still not sure. coz their plans are to just drive around and ours are to chill. but venue stands still redondo or malibu. i spoke to the city of redondo earlier and they said we will try to work something out. maybe we can get an sea side show. so let me know whats everyones say on this before i make a move on it. also i need dates for this event. august 1???

Malibuuuuu. Area is nicer and redondo gets really crowded. Just my two cents

true that redondo gets crowded. but i could get the city give us an exclusive spot. MAYBE. plus more people = more bikini's! LOL!!!!!! when i spoke to them earlier i was talking to them about the little strip at the heart of the beach where the fishing area is. if i could convince them to reserve it for us that would be awsome. hope they wont charge though.. incase you dont know where that is, its a strip full of restaurants and bars and there is a big gap for pedestrians there. alittle show off for us but what the heck, its just once in awhile we get a chance like this.

also if not at that spot, i could try talking them to get us a full parking lot beside that area. if you guys want a bar or resto let me know asap. i think ill be going down there sunday for lunch and scope the area.

 

This all sounds good bro, thanks for setting this up. I guess a place where we wont be bugged by the cops is the best. Especially a reserved spot now that's amazing.
