if you dont have experiance in it, I doubt you could do it. It takes Steve an hour to do it, and he's only installed about 25 units.

I've installed Comand by myself, it wasnt that hard actually, you'll need to change your connectors, moving 5 cables from your C connector to C1 and C2 connectors.
To remove your stock head unit then I think you'll find this thread very very helpfull

It took me about 2-3 hours just to actually install the Comand....it took me a lot longer (another 6 hours) to work out that the Comand has to be driven a few km radius and I had to swap the Comand for about 4 times between C32's Comand and my Comand. At the end (after 9-10 hours worth of labour) it was well worth it, but I would recommend Steve to do it for you if hes around.Anyway...without your help I would've never been able to install it, so two thumbs up for you Steve!
