Rockville town center is nice, but parking is a pita usually. There is a local cruise not too far from there that was every Fri/Sat (at least up until a couple of years ago, before I moved to baltimore.)

355 and Randolph rd, the sports authority. There are usually a bunch of ricers there, but I remember the german cars used to park off to one of the side lots.

I'd be down to go, but my car is bone stock
