Take the $30 and run. If the dealer sucks they'll learn from their mistakes when people stop buying cars from them. I hate complaining to dealers because I get nowhere and it's not my job to help them improve their business.
That's why MB is ranked 10th in the JD Powers Vehicle Dependability and 10th in Dealer Satisfaction. Heck Dawoo and Saturn beat them. But on the bright side, your MB is more dependable and you get better service than if you bought a Hyundai.

$30 wouldn't even impress a Lada owner.
Dealers that are willing to engage in that kind of bribery are so cheesy - I'd laugh in the guy's face and never go back. I'd bet that these people cheated their way through school too.
