Won't start after replace bad alternator
Hi
Need some advise before I take car to dealer
My car is a 2003 C200k , I got alternator replaced and now car don't want to start, everything seems to be ok.
A friend of mine did it , he was not aware that battery was connected when installing it, and there were some sparks. I wonder if anybody has an idea whether this could cause damage to something... we check all fusses and all are ok.
when turning the key, it turns the screen on and off inmediatelly, and can't start at all, everyting else works ok (lights , windows , etc)
I'll appreciate your help...

ummm did u try to unplug the battery??
my engine light came on once and i got it checked and they told me the oxygen sensor was broken, so i got a new one from the dealer ship and when i installed it the check engine light was still on so i unplugged the battery for 30 second then plugged it back in.
hope that helps
