Which O2 Sensor is this?

Well, to finish this Thread I ended up finding a decent shop to swap out the O2s for me. They charged me $50 to do it. I really wanted to do it myself but I would of had to order the crowfoot and buy a lot more 3/8th extension. I needed the car running a.s.a.p.
Cleared the codes and check engine light and put some miles on her and everything is great so far. Now, I know what to expect when the other 3 go out. The 2 post cats will be a breeze.
