So my w203 is having power problems. For about 2 months I was jumping my vehicle every morning to start it. I finally took it to a friends shop and had him test alternator and battery. It appears alternator was bad so I had both replaced. A week later its doing the same thing! Im assuming i have some sort of electrical problem. Please Help! Im unemployed and cant afford to take it to the dealership. (Not leaving any power or lights on.)

Try unpluging your under seat control modules and see if the battery drain is now gone, there is a hot 12v wire with the key off and out that applies power to the module to allow seats to move before getting seated. It may be keeping the bus awake and draining the battery!
I just cut the wire and clamped it to the key on hot wire next to it to allow adjustment only when the key is on. Continuous draining of the battery will damage it so it will become weaker and weaker.
