How do I open the dome light?

How do I open the dome light?
Take a look at this picture.

I can open the big main one, but I can't open the two little ones on each side, is there a video or pictures that show how to open it?

I want to put blue LED bulbs in mine.

You have to remove the entire overhead control panel to get to the maplights. See image on how to remove entire panel. You were half way there!

I'm gonna refer to the picture jrsmith posted, so when I take off (1), then I pull both of the (2) to open the whole overhead console? Is that right?

And what's the wedge tool?
