NOOoooo...dont sand anything!!!! thats the purpose of PD ...to protect....apply enough of coats and it wont , chip, peel, its essentially rubber, so its bouncing off everything....just make sure parts are really clean and oil free....DO NOT SAND!!!! youll destroy your parts only, just apply, can of this stuff costs $7 , if you are a hardcore tailgater and it does eventually chip off in place, peel everything off and re-apply !...

lmao. Paint should never be "thick", it's asking for trouble. it should have a good amount of coats. but not too heavy on it.

NegroC230, you DO know where I am, most of the day. at a body shop. haha
