HELP ME! Car wouldn't shift / white smoke

Hey there everyone...
I'm stressing out! I recently got into a small car accident where therewas some front end damage on my 2005 Mercedes Benz C230. All the work has been repaired and I've had the car back for a month now...

I woke up thismorning to go to brunch...I drove about 5 miles and throughout the tripnoticed slight loss of power...not abnormally when the engine is cold, but more than normal. I noticed white-ish smoke in my rearview mirroras I would leave stop signs/lights. Finally, at a stop light, itwouldn't drive. The car was in Drive and the engine on, but it wouldnot shift.
I put it in Park then Drive again *as cars honked at me*, and pulled over.
When I pulled over, i noticed oil sprayed all on the side of my car(passenger side) and the engine compartment was half covered inoil..oil began to leak onto the asphalt.

What the heck happened? do you think I need to take it back to the autobody repair shop? their work is guaranteed for life...I don't know forsure if their repair work is related to this random mishap.

The repair shop replaced the radiator, supercharger, fan, and air conditioning components. I'm very worried.

03 g35 coupe...........02 c32 Sold
take it back to the shop that you got it repaired. I'm guessing its the head gasket since your leaking oil and burning coolant.

Sorry to hear that.... I suggest take it back to the shop immediately and describe what happened.
