Grinding sounds

Hey guys

Was wondering if I could get some help before bringing the car to the dealership.

Problem started yesterday morning. It's been pretty cold here the last couple days.. in the -26 degrees range. When I backed out of my garage everything was fine until I proceeded to drive forward. Once the car was moving forward I heard this weird sound like something is scraping and making a grinding noise. At first I thought it was something stuck in the wheels/brakes/rotors so I went home and took all 4 wheels off to see if anything was obstructing the wheel, but I found nothing so I am stumped. The noise is only there when I'm driving forward and not reverse.

Now I'm thinking could it be bad rotors? Bad wheel bearing?

What do you guys think?

Thanks.

Make sure none of the exhaust heat shields are touching the propshaft.

Yeah I crawled under the car and looked for stuff that could be rubbing or scraping but I cannot find anything.

And it only happens when the car is moving so I dunno what it could be...

Did you rotate the wheel assy's by hand when you had the car up?

If you have some jack stands, maybe jack up the rear end, put it in drive and let the rear wheels rotate - might be easier to tell where the noise is coming from (make sure you put blocks in front of the front tires and I would refrain from crawling under the vehicle - ususal commen sense safety stuff).
