I just ordered some HID lights from DDM Tuning. When installing them, do you need to completly remove the headlight housing?

 

Nope..Drill a hole big enough so the lightbulb fits through/into the dustcover. Then do the connections to the OEM connector and you are good to go.

You'll get a better picture once you see the product.

One of the members had a DIY with pics. It was very easy.

Also remember buddy don't drill a too big hole. I drilled mine too big and dust got in there. Not a whole lot but when light is on I can see it. I always thought it was from outside then I tried to wipe it but I couldnt cause it was from inside. So don't drill too big of a hole. Just enough so you cause squeeze the plug and bulb in there.
