Outcome-Horrible Experience
Well thanks for all the support and feedback from you guys. Well the situation has been settled. The dealer's General Manager called me two nights ago and apologized for what happened and informed me that they should know better than to come two months later after a customer and demand more money for a mistake they made. Also that my salesman was heavily questioned and almost fired. I was also informed that the appraiser was the one responsible for the loss of money and therefore he had to pay for it. I let him know that if their appraiser was not knowledgeable about other makes he should not be appraising cars and the manager agreed. So in the end the dealer was very apologetic and told me to enjoy my car and to not let this incident veer me from future business with them. But I can say that regardless of what he said that I will never step foot in that Benz dealer ever, not even for service. No matter how apologetic they were, they still tried to cheat me out of cash and they will pay for that in the form of negative comments and no business coming their way from me or my family.
