idk if I'll get enough $ for a C32, let alone a C55
I had 75,000 Miles on the clock; I was just about to do the B service and a ATF flush.....
The light 1st turned on in the morning, I drove to school (and turned off the car), and while driving home later I crashed. So the car did re-start....error was still there
*I saw a sickk C43 FS on craigslist....only to find out that it just sold. damn

idk if you can tell, but the inside part of the wheel has a huge crack on it....and there are wires coming out of the brake caliper

.....it was really eerie sitting in the driver's seat just now. 1st time since Wednesday......

.......the back still looks sick tho lol......
The roads were wet last night and an F150 made a wide sweep too quickly, and his rear kicked out and nearly clipped my front bumper. I think I'm lucky that I only had a few rock chips added to my bumper.
Holy dip. I just looked at the pictures. Some scary isht, man. Again, glad ya'll are alright.

I'm lookin at a Black C32 w/ 60K miles for like $14K.
There's also a White C43 w/ 78K miles for like $10K
There's also a pretty nice 190E 2.3 16V Cosworth with like 100K miles for like $7K
I think I really wanna AMG or M or something special.....

The SC on the c32 is actually made by a japanese company called IHI. Its probably one of the most reliable parts on the car.
Don't spread misinformation.
The pictures reveal a very, very totaled C230.. Best of luck in your new search. The C32's engine would more than make up for its pre-facelift interior, IMO. I prefer the C32 over the C55.
If I get another C I can at least keep some of the old stuff lol
I just looked up the KBB Value of my car though.....and it isn't really good news.....

how do you think that looks?.......
I hear that 2002 is the "worst" model, and there are a few '03-'04s out there....but they all have like 80K miles
The motor and transmission is pretty much bullet proof. I would ask for a service history. See whats been replaced, like radiator, intercooler pump, seat controllers.
on the trade-in. But KBB is absolutely the most ridiculous dealer-biased BS out there. 10,900 on trade-in in excellent condition but 15,900 on dealer retail? I've found this to be the case without fail - KBB builds in a $5,000-$6,000 profit for dealers.. so of course, dealers use them religiously. They're really full of it, IMO.You should get $15,000 - $16,000 and no less. The C32 is a good pick and you'll be armed with the information you've learned from MBWorld.

Have you heard what the insurance company is going to give you for it (are they totaling)?
as for C32 problems....I pretty much heard those 3 again and again. That's why so many of you guys have upgraded IC pumps, right?
If Farmers calls me tomorrow and says "Ok, your car is totaled. We looked up the value....and we're going to give you $10K" what can/should I say?
Its totaled a C230 05 in perf condition is registered as est value of 14-16K so 75% of threshold.
If you have gap it will pay the amount your upside down (if any)
Good luck with it
And his C230 had the deployment of 4 bags. Both frontal and both side-protection for the passenger side. It's most definitely totaled.
