i had a few conversations with steve from mbenznl about this and he said that it should be a straight swap from the front seats (same seat brackets should directly bolt on). you might want to double check the year's of clk this matches up though.
there was a really nice set of clk55amg seats on ebay that i had to let go of because it wasn't compatible with my manual, non-heated seats. you should be fine though

I have a set of Recaros waiting to go in but don't have the correct bracket.
Recaro makes an application for W209 and if the stock seats from a CLK will bolt into a CL203 then I am guessing the Recaro bracket will fit as well.
