The general forum doesn't get much traffic so I thought I would also ask here.
What is the difference between these? And how is THIS guy selling them?

EPC is Electronic Parts Catalogue and lists all possible parts there are to be found in the different MB models.
EPC light CDs are available through the mercedes dealership meaning that you can buy a modelspecific EPC CD.
WIS is the Werkstatt Information System and is the system that is used by the mercedes tech people to look up all kind of information (from complex electrical layouts to simple how to take out this panel kind of information).
DAS is the MB system which is connected to the car to get it diagnosted and reset/reprogrammed...
