There are several ways.. and it all depends on what muffler you have : If using a single muffler( dual tip outlet in one direction) _one is to do like Rollin's car ( check his album) which is the passenger side is tucked behind the rear bumper...other way, hich is mine, is for dual output ( out output is int ht efront of the muffler orther in the back) similar to the camaro style muffle...then my piping goes around the spare well closer to the axle...and then comes through the full distance to teh other side of the car ( passenger)...the right way in my opinion is to get a c55 spare wheel well...and then you can do true dual muffle quad.
hope this helps i think if you look in my album i have pics when they were installing it.

New to the forum, and really enjoyed seeing what everyone's done.

These pics are from a couple weeks ago, the day I bought it.

Installing grill and flat badge today, with clear side markers on their way. Not sure where I'm going from there, but rims will probably be next on the list. Maybe tinting the windows, but I kinda dig the blue hue they have stock.

Thanks!

That's definitely high on the list too. Not sure if I want to do a roof wing and a spoiler, or just stick with the spoiler. I found a Morello carbon fiber kit that comes with both for a good price, but can't find pics of both installed at the same time. Not sure how busy I want it to look. I like the Morello fenders, spoiler and rear bumper, but the front bumper and sideskirts don't do it for me, so I'll need to find something that won't look mismatched

I went with a vendor here on the forum JBSpeed, not carbon fiber, but I am not going for that look anyways. He also offers the rear windshield spoiler and some other accessories. He's got pretty fair prices.

That is a good price. I might do that. I'm not going for a carbon fiber look, was just looking at carbon kits for the weight savings, but I don't think the spoiler is going to add any more weight to the car than my thanksgiving dinner did to the driver

Damn Faith, that does look good. I'm sold. I might replace the headlamps first though. Finished up the grill and badge today, and the textured thing is bugging the crap out of me.

Those are Eagle Eyes and over priced in your link. They are much cheaper on e-bay. They are one of the more popular makes. I am planning on getting Depo brand as they seem the be the favorite. They run a tad bit higher than the Eagle Eyes (on ebay) and I like the internal reflector design better. It appears (in the picture at least) that the actual glass projector in the Depo's is larger. Also the quality of the cut-off's are supposedly acceptable.

Thanks. Checking eBay now. Prices are definitely better compared to the websites I was looking at. So many choices though...

+1 on the depos, i think im gonna get the ones with the black housing to match my grill, lip, and wheels. found some at stealthauto.com for $405.00 for a pair, check those out, they've got the chrome ones too if thats what you want.

Thanks man, its gettn there. Needs a drop and a true dual for a quad, maybe some 20's instead of the 19's. But I got the diffuser from ebay actually for $215. Just be careful when picking out tips, I wanted to do quad as well but I couldnt get two tips inside the cut out (I didnt want the round "AMG" tips like everyone else) so if your thinkn to do a unique tip just be weary of the space in there. It came out pretty good though.

hey guys, i'm new. just bought a 2006 C 230 sport as an upgrade from my 1995 C 280. i like a lot of the mods i'm seeing here! since i'm more familiar with W202s, could anybody point me in the right direction as far as quintessential W203 mods go? i'm looking for tasteful upgrades that won't break the bank of a college student.. i have to work a lot harder for the expensive things!

I have a general idea here, just curious what the consensus is:

-clear/black sidemarkers?
-tinted tailights?
-tinted windows (what % looks best?)
-de-badging? black badging?
-rims? (sizes that fit? keep it stock or not?)
-drop? (how low?)
-LED/HID city lights?
-tuning?
-headers?
-cat deletes/resonators/exhaust work?
-diffusers?

Here she is just off the auction block:

Thanks, i appreciate any advice!
