Wait, what did you brake? Front axle?

Take a picture if you can't describe it better.

Nothing visible. I'm still driving the car. but a loud sound is heard on turns, when I slow down and so on. you can even feel it sometimes.

is it a big deal?!

power steering pump? IF you notice nothing during straight driving and only during turns thats my guess.

easy to fix

I took my car to the garage once. they lifted the car and took a look under it. they didn't find anything broken. (I didn't tell them the axle is broken. just told them there is a noize).

the sound is like a cracking sound.

I was driving at a speed around 30Km/h. I had to brake hard to the maximum. I was driving straight. the car started shaking. my friend told me that wasn't normal and I should get the axle checked.

Darkfact, there is no front axle on our cars. They are Rear Wheel Drive so there is only a rear axle. The front wheels are attached to hubs and then tide in via Strut Towers and an array of other suspension components. There are front sway bars that can wear out bushings and make bad noises. I do not recall if you would feel anything diferent or not. You could have a bad portion of the suspension or bad bushing on one of or both of the strut towers or front suspension. It should not really be a costly repair, but that is here in the US, I am not sure how pricing is in other parts of the world. If the car is still driveable then try cornering and seeing if the cart sways(tilts) more as you corner than normal, this could mean the sway bar is no longer attached properly. The sway bar is there to counter body roll due to cornering. Or you can push on the car fromt he side in a back and forth motion to see if you can hear anything on either side to determing where the noise is coming from. Be carefull not to dent the fenders or anything while doing this. Push on a solid part of the car like the front bumper end.

Shaking? Sounds like a bent rim.

Cracking? Broken bushing, or ball joint.

What did you hit?

ummm... I noticed the sound first when I was driving "sproty". I was taking hard turns at speeds around 40Km/h.

I usually step hard on the gas on U turns.

I rammed the whole right side (where the sound comes) with the pavement once (front wheel, door side, and rear wheel).

I also had to brake my car hard and way to the end three times while I was driving at speeds of 30Km/h (was testing the stupid brake assist).

and after the last thing (the brake assist test) I started to hear a new sound (from the same rigth side I believe). but this one clear that is not from the tire side, but from under the car. like if I'm driving over something.

lol, well, I guess I can't take my car to the garage now :p

My guess - busted hub bearing. A good cue is rubbing/squealing sound coming from the wheel area.

I cannot tell you how many times I have read your posts and feel horrible for your car and to what it is subjected.

I paid $32,000 for a little sports car. If it can not handle spirited driving then I was ripped off. I had a strange noise from mine and I called the dealer and told him I was in second gear cornering and flooring it and slid the rear end out in a slide as I progressed forward and heard a strange thump from the rear end. I was told it was the ESP, which even when disabled still works, that may have kicked in because the computer thought I went to far. It has not happened since and only happened once and I was sliding out pretty far at the time. I though it was the sway bar bushing or just the sway bar being really twisted. Anyway, the service rep told me the service tech looked at him funny when he said the customer was driving aggressively and heard a noise. Like most customers will not do that. Well If I had a C32 or an E55 or an SL55 I would drive the same way. Same if I had any SL or SLK or even CLK or CL. I am just in a hurry and also enjoy rear-steer on my car or any other rear drive vehicle.

That's exactly what it was. Live in the snow belt? You'd hear that a lot

Try dyno mode if you want to drive without the electronics functioning.

any part of the front strut may have become loose....the bushings can cause some "metallic popping" noise whenever the suspension is extended or compressed. a clunky noise when turn sharply could mean something is loose/broken on the lower control arm.
