is this a bigger c coupe or is it a wagon?!
well, i know its not a coupe cuz it has four doors :p but I first loved it cuz it looked like c coupe but with four doors.
I looked at it again, and all I saw was a wagon!
so is it a wagon or not? I mean when I register it... are they gonna call it wagon? (i.e. hummer is not registered as a truck.)

This is the upcoming GST, as Dark noted...
The GST [for Grand Sports Tourer] should be available next year sometime. It is not a concept - this is a picture of pretty much how the production car will look.
This is based very loosely on the E-chassis; AWD will be part of the package.
The Chrysler Pacifica is aimed at roughly the same market, but of course at a much lower price point. The GST will be a mid-$40s kind of vehicle, and going up steeply from there.

Note how much the headlights in the photoshopped/spy pic of the 04 C-Class look like the GST's.
The headlights are the only thing I don't like

It's not just the headlights. Look at the hood and fender lines. So basically it is a current E-class from the front doors back with a photoshopped and modified GST front end. And guaranteed to never go into production looking like that.
