Hi, new MB owner here, got a 2005 c230 sport, car its in great condition...
I'm looking where I can buy online the A/C center vents. Part # A2038303454 9116.

Dealer...or MBENZNL...the price will be about the same...at the same time you should change out the center dash grille to the one with the fresh air vent flap - you will need a new grille and a new flap tray.
The vent you want is very easy to replace - keep in mind that the upper screws will stay in the housing, you will not need to pull them out!
