I think I get why you were asking the question. I think they all use the same manifold.
The 230 and 350 (w203) have the same part number for the manifold
The 300 and 350 (w204) have the same part number for the manifold.
I have attached how to change manifold on the w203 and w204. Also I have attached all part numbers (230, 350, 300, 350)

W203 C350
W204 C300
W204 C350

again thanks a million. helps alot. I ordered a set of headers, after visually matching the exhaust bolts and flange placements.with the diagram you provided i wanted to see if there were any major differences between w204 and w203 M272 powerplants, but i doubt there are any and i dont see any. ill keep you posted when the they come in and tell you how it worked out. thank you again for your help.
