the charcoal cabin filter, above the battery
is it supposed to look grey or white when is new????
i jsut checked mine, its gray
i wasnt sure if the charcoal ones come gray or white? or if it needs a change
also what are good brands for this
ive seen the corteco one which is the same price of NON vs charcoal version
and NPH , brand
are these any good?

The charcoal filters above the battery are a dark gray just like a normal charcoal filter. The paper ones are white. the real ones under the dash if you have a c320 are also dark gray.

so my over battery one is gray, so must be charcoal, how do i know it needs replacemet , i hav 50000 miles
i looked at it, looks clean, atleast macroscopically,
