chrome smart key remote
hi everyone,
noob here, i currently have the 2006 smart key and thinking about upgrading it to the 2007+ mercedes chrome smart key look.
has anyone done this upgrade before?
I'm thinking about purchasing this used key from ebay, but how much would the dealer charge to program the key? or is there anywhere else i can go to get it program cheaper?

Dude, this is smple. Don't make it more complicated than it really is. You go buy the key(my dealer charged me 150$) and then you give them your VIN. 2-3 days later the key comes in and you put it in the car and turn to first position and let it sit like that(I believe for a minute or two) and then turn it off and then just start it up like normal and boom, key is programmed. The chrome ones look 10x better imo so I bought 2. 1 spare and 1 daily.
