new guy...new paint...
new guy... just rolled my car out of the paint booth yesterday... gallardo inspired pearl white with matte clear.... snapped a quick one with the cell phone but will post more pics once i put it back together....

Since we already have a matte black 203 and now a matte white i'm thinking of doing matte pink. What you guys think?

I don't understand why you would spend money on a pearl paint job and then make it "matte". That just seems like a huge waste of money to me. I don't understand the whole "matte" craze anyway, makes the vehicle look very unfinished.

tsw sakata 5... they were hypersilver with a polished lip but i sent them out to get powdercoated white and black

its just a personal choice really...why spend money on painting a car at all... just saying..the matte/flat/semi gloss thing is just a trend... something to be different...i dig it and you obviously don't... but thanks for the input

haha.. you could scuff it with 3000 grit and kinda get a similar finish but with an *** load of sand scratches...bad thing about this matte clear is the booth had to be effin surgical clean ... no way to buff trash out...
.....

and yes i just figured out the multi quote feature...haha
