the Rubber Flaps like things on the sunroof are Replaceable i did it before they are not much $$ and you dont have to purhcase an entire Roof.. i have a video on how to remove it.. and the part numbers are on it..

My 2007 HAD quite a few rattles (like zerocover) too that the dealer fixed. Still have 1 or 2 intermittent rattles I am trying to track down. Must be a late W203 thing.
Also, my blower motor "chirps" for a few seconds 1st thing in the morning.

im excited all of a sudden. hehe. this has been annoying me ever since. as for my door thing. it cant get fixed coz if you look at it upclose inside. its really F***** up already. hehe. i changed speakers too much before and busted that thing..

1) HVAC vents don't open/close properly
2) Rear Sunshade does not close properly. Incredibly loud as the motor does not stop when the shade is all the way down for at least two extra seconds. I have to hit the button again.
3) SOS warning every time I start the car.
4) Instrument cluster screen fades in the heat (like anything over 75 F).
5) Seat control modules drain the battery.
6) Keyfob operations only work when you're right up on the car, especially the window roll-down/up.
7) Useless telephone interface.
8) Useless cup holder.
9) Useless Nav system.
10) Lousy sound system.

Damn, I got the same problem.
There's instructions around here somewhere with pics and everything on disassembling the dash to replace the damn motors, but you still need someone with Star System to tell you which motor is bad...
or someone with a boroscope to see what's going on in there.

Biggest problem - crazy depreciation. I really like the car though. 
Had many of the problems mentioned there such as the broken HVAC motors, broken IR door sensor, sunroof, cracked steering wheel buttons, display that fades, broken turn signal, steering wheel buttons that cracked 3 times on both sides.. the list had like 30 items. Fortunately EVERYTHING got fixed during the 4-year warranty, with the exception of the $12 hose.
Sounds like the sedans had way more problems than the coupe though. (I have a coupe)

Honestly, absolutely nothing. No rattles/creaks/squeeks/noises or anything on the car(thank God). 88k and the car is still going strong and only needs regular maintenance

Today, my HVAC system shut down twice back-to-back while in Auto mode. Did a re-sync, and all is fine.. this problem isn't unheard of. As long as it will work with manual control, I'll never fix this.

My HVAC takes forever to realize that I've turned it on. It also occasionally shuts off and flips back on without telling me too. God it's like an angry woman.

1. My car has a STRONG purring type idle for the 1st 10-15 minutes of start up after being completely cold (rough idle every other second or so).
2. Sun roof sliding door rattles at 45+mph, same goes with the passenger seat head rest at times.
3. SRS light never turned back off after one time going to lunch during work. Always stays on now when ever the car is on.
4. Passenger side door handle broke like the majority of us.
5.Drivers side Rubber Bellows (or whatever the rubber things are called that assist when opening the sun roof/moon roof.
2. Sun roof sliding door rattles at 45+mph, same goes with the passenger seat head rest at times.

guys with flap problems follow that how too sticky
I did my 03 c240 as it was freezing my feet took me 3 hours NOTHING broken and parts were 30.00 canadian
very easy and instantly fixed my lever arm was snapped right off so no clicking
if you dont know what motor is bad just take it apart then hook up the hvac controls and operate it and watch
