Greetings,

just recently found this forum, the people here are very helpfull and ofcourse super funny too! but! my c230 coupe has an issue that requires immediate attention...

and so far i have had little luck connecting with the part in question

For 3 week (searching countless hours a day)i have been trying to locate, find, discover, come accross, bump into, slide by, listen for, begged for, and a few other things i dont want to mention here... to find a nice lil hood for it. what IS UP? lol... why does'nt anyone have that in stock?

can anyone help me confirm if the only place i found that claims to have the hood is actually a legit place to buy from?

i'm not too positive, but i know rmeuropean.com sells OEM stuff, they'd probably have a hood

can't comment on KO performance, never done business wit hthem

http://stores.ebay.com/ReplacementAutoParts they have c230 sedan hoods for pretty cheap its not oem but you could call em up and check if they have coupe hoods..

I believe that rmeuropean.com does carry OEM hoods. There is another place that lists hoods for less money is parts.com. Not sure if its' an OEM part. Good luck!

They both have a hood. Plug in your part # in search field. I am surprised you did not see these two places.

I tried to contact KO Performance via phone and email on multiple occasions to order floor mats that their web site said they had available. Never heard back from them.

I had a buddy try to work with them and although they might be a good company, they did not seem to put much work into customer service as he had the same issue, they did not return his requests for information.

So it might be a safe idea to shop around some more.
