HELP!!! 2001, C320 Driver/Window wont roll up
I have a 2001 Mercedes Benz, C320 and the driver, rear pasenger's window came off, and now it's stuck at the bottom, how can i fix this problem. Window switch works good, it goes up and down, but the window came out of place.
I need help removing the panel, I bought the star hex keys, and i don't know what to take out without damaging the rear airbags?
Help a brotha out!

Ok first "brotha" don't type so big it is annoying as hell. second what panel? the door panel? if so there is a good guide for taking off the panels on here. To fix the issue you will probably have to take the airbag out so if you are scared to take the door panel off because of the airbag i would get yourself to a dealer or good indy with star fast because if you do disconnect the airbag you will have to have the srs error cleared otherwise you will have no airbags. Common problem. The clips that hold the glass to the regulator have been upgraded. I don't believe you need to disconnect the airbag to fix and even if you did you wouldn't have to reset anything unless you turned on the ignition with the airbag disconnected.

Same thing happened to my 2002 c320 . when i disconnected every thing from the panel , looked at glass window .it did slip from the regulator bolt holding it . The plastic bolt in the regulator goes through a hole in the window to hold it in place at all times . when the window moves up or down , it is being held by the bolt that moves up and down also along the regulater vertical bar .
The plastic bolt was eaten out at the front and will not hold the window any longer, . The window slipped and fell down , luckly didnot break , but scratched all the tint on the glass instead . Though the plastic on the bolt was eaten out , the bolt itself is made of galvanized/steel with threads at the front . I raised the window up and put the bolt through the hole and placed a washer and a nut at the end of the bolt to hold the glass in place , worked perfect . Place panel back , you home free .
