I have never heard of the 265.

But the C320T 203.264 is the Wagon

The 203.264 is just a regular C320 Wagon.
Also I am guessing you mean 203.064 instead of 063??

If so then to sum it all up the 203.064 is not a wagon and the 203.264 is a wagon.
