Its a sticker that goes on over the existing gauge cluster ...

Ive installed them into other cars, its not hard. I dont see an advantage though our (my) gauges are really nice.

I would agree with the others, don't do it. I have done the overlays in several other cars, and was never satisfied with how they look especially at night. Plus, in order to install them, you have to remove the needles, and unless you are really careful and patient, it is easy to break the needles or worse the gauge.

$85 plus shipping. Was a great deal, especially since I ended up using the cover as well, as it was much less scratched than my stock one was.
