I did read it, but I've come to accept this as a reality. Johnand and I were discussing it earlier via PM. He is very tedious about his car and his tires are wearing in the center and not on the outside, too. If you're inclined, leave the rears at 32. Glyn made a point to say in another thread that if you feel your V6 C230 is understeering a lot (something you complained of) you need more pressure in your front tires.
My car wears tires like this, regardless of pressure:
Fronts: Wear on the shoulder.
Rears: Wear in the center
Nothing I do, adjusting pressures, alignments, nothing changes this. I rotate my tires directionally every 6000 miles and hope that makes them last. I got 30k out of my last set and this set of DWS tires is at 14k and looking good.
BTW - Peanut Butter cookies FTW! Oatmeal 2nd prize. Chocolate Chip - FTMFL. I hate chocolate.

BTW since you said you were out looking for jobs.. I interviewed for a job yesterday that is 130 miles round-trip and I'm excited about racking up a ton of miles on my car. If you think mine is bigger than yours now, just wait! It'll be huge. I'll slap you in the face with it.

damn dude glad your ok and the car has no real damage, Im surprised the esp couldn't save you, ive done some stupid **** and had it recover, but I wonder if the fact that I have a 6 speed vs the auto that it can try to control effects how it reacts to stuff.

hey you know i was just kidding about you deserving this, but your tires do look way low i run my tires about 4-6 psi under max cold psi, this has worked for me I've never had a problem with my tire's im sure everyone has their own opinion on tire psi I'm just posting what has worked for me, again glad your ok from the looks of things a nice wash and you will never be able to tell what happened

traction or stability wont help if ur tires are bald and they look pretty bald in those pictures..

If there IS traction available, the ESP will make the most of it regardless of tire tread. However, in Drew's case there was no traction available. Good tires MIGHT have prevented it, but that's not certain. You can hydroplane even with brand new tires.

i don't care what people think for my rears i buy used tires i can get p zeros with 50-60 % life left for like 30 bucks next i think i will try ps2's everyone say's they are good

funny thing actually same thing happen to me when i first went driving on my own...and i did oversteering into a ditch towards a tree and as I was heading towards the tree I wasnt like scared of hitting the tree.. I was like **** my dad is going to kiiiiiillll me haahah but lucy my car just veered out of the way and just missed it haha

My favorite is the one with the plant hanging in the back window! I had to roll down my window to get out because I didn't have room to open my door, but then had to use the key to open all the windows to get back in. When I rolled it up that got stuck in there. I'm going to leave it there for a while.

any tire shop will have used tires just make shure u pick one that isn't shot and if your going to buy a used tire buy a good used tire go for ps2's or p zero's no use buying a used nexen....also No USED TIRE SHOULD COST MORE THAN 40 BUCKS and 40 bucks is expensive for a used tire at that.
