(E) Would these http://www.pepboys.com/product/details/94427/00847 work for brake sensors?

Pads look to be correct and I love that brand on every car I have put them on had them on the front of my c320. PN's look correct but double check them on their website.
Also check amazon and tire rack for possibly better prices.

I have used this sensor 3 or 4 times now
Amazon.com: Centric Parts 116.35005 Brake Pad Sensor: Automotive Amazon.com: Centric Parts 116.35005 Brake Pad Sensor: Automotive
with good results but sadly it is now made in china but their are other options for cheaper than $9 on amazon. My w203 had 3 sensors but they changed it up over the years grab a flash light and check the front wheels and the rears and see how many your car has to be 100% sure I bet it has 2.

Good to have this http://www.rmeuropean.com/Part-Numbe...b4NP5PN8g.aspx as well as Mercedes brake fluid or a very good quality substituted as you will want to bleed them when you do this.

Thanks, Samaritrey! Are there any other specific tools we would need for this job?

Well lets see a torx for the brake disk screw (what hold the rotor on) and an external torx to remove the brake pad wear sensor form the caliper I don't think you have to do this but I always did. If you do any work on your car you need a good set I have some older craftsman ones I did a quick search and they look different than what I got but the sizes are the same and I have always had what I needed.
http://www.craftsman.com/craftsman-7...70000P?prdNo=3
http://www.craftsman.com/craftsman-7...14000P?prdNo=7 (you don't need the tamper proof set and I would recommend trying to find normal craftsman or another name brand set.
I also have this screw driver set http://www.craftsman.com/craftsman-5...04000P?prdNo=3

I also have this
Amazon.com: OEM 25265 Disc Brake Pad Spreader: Home Improvement Amazon.com: OEM 25265 Disc Brake Pad Spreader: Home Improvement
Just make sure to crack open the bleeder valve when doing this so you don't potentially damage something and only take the piston back as far as you needed it to go not all the way. Then of course do a brake flush/bleed when done with all 4 sides.

A good set of gloves or disposable gloves is wonderful
Good quality torque wrench that does say 10-150 ft-pounds
I have one made by CDI got it on amazon it is a very good quality one.
Besides the normal set of metric sockets and wrenches that should be it.
