2002 and 2003 seats the same?

2002 and 2003 seats the same?
Hi all!
As my lemon law suit come to some sort of resolution, I was wondering if the 2002 and 2003 seats are the same. So, could I swap them as part of seattlement with MB.
Also, if not, I'm going to sell my leather seats really cheap (they are after market leather that looks the same as factory leather and the leather is really tight), so if anyone in the bay area is interested, let me know.

Actually, all the US-spec. C-class sedan now has leather seating inserts standard, but sport sedan gets sport seats. That's all!
