Angry HELP! C240 2003 Engine Died out during Driving without Reason

Hi,

I bought this car second handed for 2 two years, the only problem so faris leaking some transmission fluid which I checked from time to time. But just recently it would die during driving and their was no response to gas or anything.
After complete died, it couldn't start, like nothing was there. then after waiting for a while, it would start, but the engine like no power, can slowly drive. this was a week ago, my wife drove it, then I came back home, I thought was transmission fluid low, I added some, and drove around like everything was normal. Then today it happened to my wife again, just die down in the middle of the road and couldn't start. After waiting some while, it finally started, and drove very slowly to garage, like no power.

What's wrong with this car? Any idea? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Is there these engine sensors prom to at fault in heated condition?

CPS +1 - And heat can make it worse!

EDIT - Fix that fluid leak - low fluid level can trigger limp mode. Sounds as though this has been happening.
